The House of Pairings was born from the irrepressible energy of Gaetana Jacono, face and heart of the historic Valle dell’Acate winery, in south-eastern Sicily, in the Contrade Biddini Soprana and Sottana, in the province of Ragusa and from her belief that the table is the ” scene” perfect for tasting wines.
